Our Refund Policy
Novelty Republic wants you to feel happy about your purchase.
If in any circumstance you are not satisfied and need to make a return, we would gladly accept any unused or unworn items in their original packaging within 30 days of you receiving the items.
Please note that we do not accept returns on the following:
• intimate products
• body jewelry
• custom products
• clearance merchandise
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please allow up to 7 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) after we process your return for a credit to appear in your account. Items purchased with a gift card will be refunded to that card.
To return item(s) on your order, please read and follow the detailed instructions on the invoice included in your package.

All return shipping charges must be pre-paid. Please note that C.O.D deliveries are not accepted in our warehouse. We also advise customers returning items to request a tracking number and insure their package from their chosen carrier.
Keep in mind that the order’s original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Item Exchanges
Exchanges apply to items with manufacturing defects. We would gladly replace or exchange any unworn and unused items ordered from adultnoveltymarket.com in their original packaging within 30 days of your receipt of the items.
To receive an exchange, simply place an order online for the same item to make sure that we have inventory to send the items.
Once your order is placed, you may return the original order to our warehouse for a refund. Please refer to Our Refund Policy section on how to return your order for a refund.
