Barrel Screw Nipple Clamp
The Barrel nipple clamp allow the nipple to be captured between two rubber tipped clamps and screwed down to the desired tensions. The nipple is placed between the clamps. As the black barrel is turned the clamps gradually become tighter and tighter.
The clamps will open up to 3/4" suited for the most endowed recipient. Apply as little or as much pressure as needed to achieve a firm hold on the nipple. The clamps are connected with a stainless steel chain. After the nipples are sufficiently clamped the chain can be pulled for added sensation.
